Jesus is our matchless peacemaker. Through His death, He reconciled to the Father all of creation, especially humanity being isolated from God by sin.
Todayâs verse says:

It pleased Abba our Father to have all his fullness of deity, His total essence, His perfection, powers and attributes permanently dwell in Jesus. Through God with Jesus, His Son, He reconciled all things to Himself, making peace with us,the believers of Christ; whether things on earth or things in heaven, making peace through the blood of Jesus on the cross. We look at Jesus and we are able to see the God who cannot be seen. We look at His Son and see Godâs original purpose in everything He created. For everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible, rank after rank after rank of angels; literally everything got started in God and finds its purpose in Him. God was here before any of it came into existence and holds it all together right up to this moment.
When it comes to the church, God organizes and holds it together. He was supreme in the beginning to end. And God is leading the resurrection parade. From beginning to end God reigns. He is so spacious, so expansive, that everything of God finds its proper place in Him without crowding. Not only that, but all that is broken and dislocated pieces of the universeâpeople, things, animals and atoms are getting properly fixed; fitting together in vibrant harmonies, all because of the death of Jesus, His blood that poured down from the cross.
God was and is fully God and was fully human through Jesus Christ. Jesus was able to die for mankind because as a man He had no sins of His own. Jesus was able to die for all of creation because as the Creator, He had a higher value than creation. Therefore, Jesus was able to provide the means for all of creation to be reconciled to God.
Because sin takes life, our life was required to repay the debts of our sin. Jesus Christ gave His life in blood to satisfy all of mankindâs sin debts and to restore the covenant peace between God and us.
For Ephesians 2:14 saysâŚ

Jesus Himself is our peace and our bond of unity. God made nations into one body and broke down the barrier, the dividing wall of spiritual antagonism between us. God, being our peace made us both one, and has broken down in the flesh of Jesus Christ, the dividing wall of hostility. The Messiah had made things up between us so that we could now together be on one accord with Him. By His blood He tore down the wall we used to keep each other at a distance. God repealed the law code that hindered more than it helped us.
God started over; Instead of continuing with nations separated by centuries of animosity and suspicion, He created a new kind of human being, a fresh start for everybody, Jesus Christ. Live in that peace, with the Prince of Peace as our Sovereign ruler.
For Isaiah 9:6 saysâŚ

Jesus was birthed and given to us and the government shall be upon His shoulder. His names are Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, Amazing Counselor, Strong God, Eternal Father, Prince of Wholeness. People who are walking in darkness are blessed to see Godâs great light. Even in the deepest shadowsâSunbursts of Godâs light!
God repopulated the nation and expanded its joy. Be glad to be in the presence of God with great joy! Rejoice with great celebration, sharing rich gifts and warm greetings unto the Lord.
Rejoice because the abuse of your oppressors and cruelty of tyrants, all their weapons, plots, and cursesâ Is gone, done away with, a deliverance as surprising and sudden as Gideonâs old victory over Midian is happening in your life!
Jesus is a gift for you, taking over the running of the world. His ruling authority will grow, and thereâll be no limits to the wholeness He brings you. Jesus will soon rule from the historic David throne over the promised kingdom. Heâll put that kingdom on a firm footing and keep it going With fair dealings and righteous living, beginning now and lasting always. The zeal of God-of-the-Angel-Armies shall do all this.
James 2:8 KJV saysâŚ

Fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, âYou shall love your neighbor as yourself, that is, if you have an unselfish concern for others and do things for their benefitâ. You do well when you complete the Royal Rule of the Scriptures: Loving others as you love yourself. But when you show partiality, prejudice, favoritism, you are committing sin and are convicted by the Law as an offender, going against the Royal Rule.
You canât pick and choose in love nor in Godâs statues, laws and commandments. You canât specialize in keeping one or two things in Godâs law and ignoring others. The same God who said, âDonât commit adultery,â also said, âDonât murder.â
Reading James 2 MSG, this line stuck out to me the most: âIf you donât commit adultery but go ahead and murder, do you think your non-adultery will cancel out your murder? No, youâre a murderer, period.â
I leave you with this today: Jesus is truly a peacemaker, setting all things right, according to the Will of God. We have the peace of our Savior because He loved us so much to sacrifice Himself for our terrible sins. Thereâs no need to stress when God reigns and is in control of everything. Truly it is a wonderful gift to not only know the Lord but to have an amazing relationship with Him. Most importantly, let our lives be well pleasing unto God by honoring the 2 most important commandments: Love God with everything you have and love your neighbor. With following those two commandments, it would be impossible to break the other commandments because we have the love and peace of God. Hallelujah!

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, we humbly come before You with praise and thanksgiving. We want to thank You for giving us Jesus, the Prince of Peace and Wholeness, Wonderful Counselor, Mighty, Powerful, and Everlasting Jesus, Hallelujah! We ask thank You for forgiving us of our sins through the blood of Jesus, Hallelujah! Thank You for keeping Your peace covenant through Jesus, Hallelujah! We thank You that You have done away with our enemies and their plots against us in the mighty name of Jesus! Glory to God! And Father God we just want to ask that You help us to love You more first so that we can love others and love obediently fulfilling Your purpose and will for our lives in the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, Amen. đđ˝â¤ď¸
